Grilled chicken thighs gratin of cauliflower / carrot

Preparation

STEP 4- Prepare bechamel: In a saucepan, melt the butter, add the flour mixing with a whisk 2 min. Add the milk, stirring constantly. As soon as the sauce begins to thicken, add the cheese and nutmeg.
STEP 5- Mettez vegetables in a baking dish, coat with the sauce and bake on the grill for 20 minutes, putting the dish with the chicken thighs on another grid below the baking dish with the vegetables.
