Fusilli with grilled zucchini and lemon
ingredients
250 g fusilli
15 cl whipping cream
40 g butter
2 courgettes
2 c. tablespoons olive oil
1 untreated lemon
Salt pepper

Preparation
STEP 1- Lavez zucchini and expand them into slices. Take the zest lemon and squeeze its juice.
STEP 2- Chauffez oil in a nonstick frying pan and brown the courgette slices 15 min.
STEP 3- Faites cook pasta in plenty of salted boiling water according to package instructions.
STEP 4- Faites Melt butter in a second frying pan and fry the lemon zest 2 min. Add the cream and remove from heat to the boil.
STEP 5- Ajoutez drained pasta and grilled zucchini and sprinkle with lemon juice. Add salt and pepper and mix.
STEP 6- Servez hot!
