Spring Linguine with salmon and peas

Spring Linguine with salmon and peas


ingredients

     200g linguine
     200 g fresh salmon skinless
     100g frozen peas
     15 cl cream
     8 curly parsley sprigs
     2 c. tablespoons olive oil
     2 cloves garlic
     Salt pepper

Preparation

STEP 1- Faites cook pasta in plenty of salted boiling water according to package instructions.

STEP 2- In one second saucepan, cook the peas 5 minutes, then drain.

STEP 3- Coupez salmon into pieces. Peel and press the garlic. Wash and chop the parsley.

STEP 4- Faites heat 1. tablespoons oil in a pan and fry the salmon 5 minutes over high heat, stirring. Add the cream, garlic, parsley, peas, salt and pepper. Mix well.

STEP 5- drainpasta and pour it into the pan, then sprinkle with the remaining olive oil. Let heat 2 minutes and serve.
