Penne with artichokes and parmesan

Penne with artichokes and parmesan

ingredients

     400g penne rigate
     6 fresh artichoke hearts
     1 garlic clove
     1/2 bunch of parsley
     100g parmesan
     1 c. tablespoons olive oil
     salt pepper

Preparation

STEP 1- Faites cook pasta in salted boiling water, following package instructions.

STEP 2- While this time, peel and chop the garlic. Cut the artichoke hearts into pieces. Clean and chop the parsley.

STEP 3- Faites heat 1. tablespoons olive oil in a skillet. Sauté garlic and artichoke hearts until browned.

STEP 4- Salez and pepper and add the chopped parsley. Mix well and set aside.

STEP 5- When the pasta is cooked, drain well and pour into a serving dish. Add preparedness artichoke hearts and parmesan cheese, and mix well.

STEP 6- Servez immediately.
