Spiralines in medley of sautéed vegetables
ingredients
300g of pasta spiralin
200 g broccoli florets
200g cherry tomatoes
1 zucchini
1 onion
1 garlic clove

Preparation
STEP 1- Faites cook pasta in plenty of salted boiling water according to package instructions.
STEP 2- Pelez and chop the onion. Wash zucchini and cut into pieces, without peeling. Divide the broccoli florets into small pieces. Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half. Peel and chop the garlic.
STEP 3- min 3Faites blanch broccoli florets in a pan of boiling water, then cool them immediately in cold water. Drain.
STEP 4- Faites Heat 2. tablespoons oil in a nonstick skillet. Do sauté all vegetables 5 minutes over high heat, then remove from heat.
STEP 5- drain pasta. Drizzle with olive oil and immediately add the vegetables. Mix well, season.
STEP 6- Servez immediately.
