Fried linguine with asparagus and Espelette pepper
ingredients
400g linguine
1 bunch green asparagus
1 c. grated parmesan
2 c. tablespoons olive oil
1 large pinch of Espelette pepper
Salt pepper

Preparation
STEP 1- Faites cook pasta in plenty of salted boiling water according to package instructions.
STEP 2- Clean asparagus and cook 10 minutes to steam.
STEP 3- drain asparagus and cut into sections. Drain the pasta.
STEP 4- In a bowl, gently mix the pasta and asparagus pieces.
STEP 5- Parsemez parmesan and Espelette pepper, salt and pepper and serve!
