Mafalda scented with basil and two salmon

Mafalda scented with basil and two salmon

ingredients

     200g pasta Mafalda
     200 g fresh salmon
     100 g smoked salmon
     6 green basil leaves
     6 purple basil leaves
     2 c. tablespoons olive oil
     1 garlic clove
     1 shallot
     Salt pepper

Preparation

STEP 1- Faites cook pasta in plenty of salted boiling water according to package instructions.

STEP 2- Faites heat 1. oil in a pan and fry the shallots bright fire with garlic. Add the salmon and cook 3 minutes on each side.

STEP 3- While this time, wash and chop basil. Cut the smoked salmon into small cubes.

STEP 4- drain pasta and pour into a bowl. Add immediately the remaining oil, chopped basil, smoked salmon, then the contents of the pan into roughly cutting the cooked salmon.

STEP 5- mix quickly and serve hot!
