Short spaghetti with prawns, lemon and curry

Short spaghetti with prawns, lemon and curry

ingredients

     300 g of spaghetti short
     300 g small peeled prawns
     6 c. butter
     2 cloves garlic
     1 c. Coffee curry powder
     1 lemon half
     1 c. tablespoons chopped parsley
     ½ c. Coffee chopped basil
     Salt pepper

Preparation

STEP 1- Faites cook pasta in plenty of salted boiling water according to package instructions.

STEP 2- Faites melt 1 tbsp. butter in a nonstick pan. Make it cook shrimp 4 minutes, stirring. Book the shrimp aside.

STEP 3- In the same pan, add 2 tbsp. butter and garlic, peeled and crushed. Let cook 2 min.

STEP 4- Ajoutez curry, 2 tbsp. tablespoons water, basil, parsley, lemon juice and zest of half a lemon. Bring to the boil and cook for 2 minutes over medium heat.

STEP 5- Baissez low heat and add the remaining butter. Mix quickly and add the shrimp.

STEP 6- drain pasta and add to mixture. Add salt and pepper and serve!
