ingredients

     300g pasta shells
     1 red onion
     1 red bell pepper
     1 green pepper
     2 tomatoes
     1 yogurt
     2 c. mayonnaise
     1 c. raspberry vinegar
     Basil leaves
     Salt pepper

Preparation

STEP 1- Faites cook pasta in plenty of salted boiling water according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.

STEP 2- Pelez and chop the onion. Wash the tomatoes, remove the seeds and cut into cubes. Wash the peppers, égrainez them and expand them as well. Wash and chop basil.

STEP 3- In a bowl, mix the yogurt, mayonnaise, vinegar, basil, salt and pepper.

STEP 4- Ajoutez pasta and vegetables, and mix well.

STEP 5- reservation 1 hour in the fridge before serving.
