Salad of cauliflower
ingredients
1 cauliflower
1 bunch radishes
1 shallot
4 c. tablespoons olive oil
1 c. tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 c. lemon juice
1 c. Coffee mustard
1 bunch fresh chives
salt pepper

Preparation
STEP 1- Portez water to a boil in a large saucepan over medium heat.
STEP 2- Separate cauliflower into small florets.
STEP 3- Rincez them in cold water and then dip them in boiling salted water.
STEP 4- A resumption of boiling, remove them and cool them in cold water.
STEP 5- Egouttez them again in a colander and set aside.
STEP 6- Lavez and scrape the radishes and cut them into sticks.
STEP 7- Pelez and finely chop the shallot.
STEP 8- Nettoyez and pat chives. Chop-finely.
STEP 9- In a bowl, mix the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice and mustard. Salt and pepper to taste.
STEP 10- Ajoutez the blanched cauliflower florets, radishes sticks, shallot and chives. Mix well.
STEP 11- Servez soon salad cauliflower radish on the plate.
STEP 12- Enjoy it without waiting accompanied by toast toast.
