ingredients

     1 cauliflower 1 kg
     500 g of potato
     1 onion
     1/4 liter of skim milk
     1 c. tablespoons of cream to 5% fat
     30 g of butter
     salt pepper

Preparation

STEP 1- Versez 3 l of water in a pot, then put the potatoes are peeled, washed and cut into pieces.

STEP 2- Portez to a boil and add the cauliflower washed and cut into florets.

STEP 3- Faites cook 30 minutes and add salt to liking.

STEP 4- Mixez all using a blender reserving some clumps of cauliflower for garnish.

STEP 5- In a pan, put the butter and fry the onion cut into small pieces that you will add to the pot with the milk. Mix well to make no lumps. Bring to a boil.

STEP 6- Servez hot by adding cream and some cauliflower florets reserved for this purpose.
