Gratin of minced meat and cabbage mashed apple-blossom

ingredients

     500 g cauliflower florets
     3 potatoes
     250g minced meat
     4 eggs
     1 onion
     3 c. tablespoons cream
     grated cheese (gruyere or gouda)
     1 pinch grated nutmeg
     1 pinch of grated ginger
     1 chicken bouillon cube
     parsley
     salt pepper

Preparation

STEP 1- Faites cook the potatoes and cauliflower in a little salted water with chicken broth.

STEP 2- reduce puree and let cool.

STEP 3- Faites cook the minced meat with the onion, parsley and salt.

STEP 4- mix to the cooled mash: eggs, sour cream, cheese, nutmeg and ginger.

STEP 5- Preheat the oven gas mark 6 (180 ° C).

STEP 6- Mettez half this puree in individual dishes and cooked minced and cover the rest of puree.

STEP 7- Saupoudrez cheese and bake for 10 minutes.
