Hot-cold mafalda with fresh figs, prosciutto and parmesan

ingredients

     400g pasta mafalda
     40 g parmesan
     6 Parma ham
     4 beautiful figs
     Olive oil
     Salt pepper

Preparation

STEP 1- Faites cook pasta in plenty of salted boiling water according to package instructions.

STEP 2- While this time, wash the figs and cut them into quarters. Cut the ham into strips and grate the parmesan.

STEP 3- drainpasta, arrange them on plates and sprinkle a fine olive oil. Salt and pepper.

STEP 4- Parsemez ham strips, fig wedges and grated Parmesan.

STEP 5- Servez soon!
