Fusilli with fennel medley and smoked salmon

Fusilli with fennel medley and smoked salmon

ingredients

     500 g fusilli
     200 g smoked salmon
     1 fennel (600 g)
     10 cl single cream
     A few sprigs of dill
     Olive oil
     Salt pepper

Preparation

STEP 1- Faites cook pasta in plenty of salted boiling water according to package instructions.

STEP 2- Remove green parts and damaged leaves of the fennel, then slice it. Cut the smoked salmon into strips. Wash and chop the dill.

STEP 3- Faites jump fennel 5 minutes over high heat with 1 tbsp. tablespoons olive oil. Reduce heat and cook 10 minutes more.

STEP 4- drain pasta. Add them in the pan with the cream, dill and salmon.

STEP 5- mix well and serve immediately!
