Golden noodles with olives, garlic, parsley and parmesan
ingredients
400g egg noodles
40 g parmesan
4 cloves garlic
3 c. tablespoons olive oil
1 c. chopped pitted black olives
1 sprig of parsley
Salt pepper

Preparation
STEP 1- Faites cook pasta in plenty of salted boiling water according to package instructions.
STEP 2- Pelez and crush the garlic. Wash and chop the parsley. Drain and chop the olives.
STEP 3- In a nonstick pan, fry the garlic with the olive oil over medium heat, stirring a few minutes.
STEP 4- drain pasta and add to the pan with the parsley and olives. Sauté 2 min.
STEP 5- Salez and pepper and serve immediately, sprinkled with grated parmesan!
