Coquillettes cod and tomato confit

Coquillettes cod and tomato confit

ingredients

     400g pasta shells
     300 g cod
     20 cl cream
     6 tomato confit
     1 sprig of dill
     1 c. Coffee fish stock
     Salt pepper

Preparation

STEP 1- Faites cook pasta in plenty of salted boiling water according to package instructions.

STEP 2- Coupez cod into large pieces and fry in oil in nonstick skillet until it is cooked.

STEP 3- Ajoutez the fish stock and cream. Heat 2 minutes on low heat.

STEP 4- drain pasta. Cut the candied tomatoes. Wash and chop the dill.

STEP 5- Ajoutez all the fish sauce, mix well and serve!
