Gratin of cauliflower and broccoli

Gratin of cauliflower and broccoli

ingredients

     1 foot broccoli
     1/2 cauliflower
     50 g flour
     50g butter
     50 cl of milk
     2 onions
     80 g grated County
     2 c. oil soup
     1 pinch of nutmeg
     salt pepper

Preparation

STEP 1- Coupez the broccoli and cauliflower into small florets.

STEP 2- Portez a large pot of salted water to a boil.

STEP 3- Plongez ahead cauliflower and broccoli florets and cook 10 min. Drain them.

STEP 4- Pelez and slice the onions.

STEP 5- Faites Heat oil in a frying pan and sweat the onions there.

STEP 6- Faites Melt butter in a saucepan.

STEP 7- Ajoutez flour and cook 5 minutes, stirring, then pour the milk stream while whisking constantly until a Bechamel . Salt and pepper, add the nutmeg.

STEP 8- Retirez Bechamel from the heat and add the grated cheese and onions. Mix well.

STEP 9- preheat the oven grill position.

STEP 10- Set bouquets of cauliflower and broccoli in a buttered baking dish.

STEP 11- Versez Bechamel over and bake.

STEP 12- Faites broil until the sauce is golden brown.

STEP 13- Servez right out of the oven accompaniment to red meat or single dish with a green salad.
