Gratin of cauliflower crumble

Gratin of cauliflower crumble

ingredients

     500 g cauliflower florets (frozen or fresh)
     4 bread slices
     2 slices ham
     30 g parmesan
     4 c. tablespoons light sour cream
     1 c. tablespoons ground cumin

Preparation

STEP 1- Start by cooking the cauliflower to the pan. 5 min. about once a lifting valve.

STEP 2- While this time, mix the bread and ham. In a bowl mix the broken bread crumbs and ham with 1 tbsp of cream and cumin.

STEP 3- Reserve base to crumble.

STEP 4- In a baking dish, place the cooked cauliflower. Pour the cream and Parmesan. Crush all with a fork.

STEP 5- distance crumble crumb of bread and ham. Au gratin for 10 min.
