Cream of cauliflower with Bechamel
ingredients
1 large cauliflower
1 c. cornflour
40 g butter
1.5 L of milk
75 g grated cheese
salt pepper

Preparation
STEP 1- Lavez cauliflower, remove the green leaves, remove the bouquet and remove the fibrous film at the foot of each bouquet.
