Cauliflower Gratin

ingredients

     1 large cauliflower
     75 g grated cheese
     1.5 l milk
     1 c. tablespoons flour
     40 g butter
     salt pepper

Preparation

STEP 1- Peel cauliflower, wash it and expand it into florets. Butter a gratin dish.

STEP 2- Turn in a pressure cooker 3 dl water, put cauliflower in the rigid basket and let steam 5 minutes from the rotation of the valve.

STEP 3- Quit cauliflower, keep 1 dl cooking water put the cabbage in the gratin dish.

STEP 4- Faites Melt the butter in a pan, add the flour and cook for 1 minute stirring. Then remove from heat, add the cooking juices dl cabbage and milk mixing. Return to the heat and bring to boil, stirring constantly.

STEP 5- Laissez thicken slightly and add 50 g of cheese, then let melt and pour over cauliflower. Sprinkle with remaining gruyere, put under the broiler to brown and serve hot.
