ingredients

     1 Cauliflower 1 kg
     500 g of broccoli
     150 g mimolette
     40 cl cream
     1 c. Coffee cornflour
     of nutmeg
     25 g butter
     salt pepper

Preparation

STEP 1- preheat th.7 the oven (210 ° C).

STEP 2- Separate cauliflower and broccoli into florets. Put the cauliflower florets in the basket of a steam cooking pot and cook for 10 minutes.

STEP 3- Ajoutez the broccoli florets and cook for 10 minutes. Grate half mimolette, and cut the rest into shavings with a vegetable peeler.

STEP 4- Délayez cornstarch in a c. tablespoons cold cream. Pour in the remaining cream and let thicken over low heat, stirring constantly.

STEP 5- Hors from heat and add the grated mimolette. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

STEP 6- Salez bouquets of cauliflower and broccoli at the end of cooking. Arrange them in a buttered gratin dish, alternating them, top with sauce and bake for about 15 minutes.
